Factors Contributing to Ranking

 

Four important factors that influence the rankings a website can acquire:

  1. Url parameters related to domain name and addresses of the various web pages.
  2. The "on site" or "on page"parameters which are related to the code and content of web pages.
  3. The "off site" or "off page"parameters are relative to the popularity of the site, its age and IP adress etc ...
  4. Finally we must also rely on client side parameters such as IP, browser settings & which version of a search engine is used.
